History:

On February 1, 2006, Faith Bible Chapel came into being as the result of the merger of two assemblies. Edward Street Gospel Chapel was established approximately 1920 at 213 Edward Street in London, Ontario and has been a lighthouse to the community for 85 years.  The gospel has been proclaimed and souls have been saved.  Believers have been edified and some have gone on to the mission field or full time service for the Lord.  Edward Street faced limitations, however, with a small property, and no room for building expansion.  All parking is on street and Edward and Emery are very busy streets. 

Bethel Chapel is located on Moore Street, which is approximately a five-minute drive east of Edward Street. Bethel is located in the same area of the city and has a much larger facility with off street parking. They have graciously invited Edward Street to unite with them and become one assembly, an invitation that, through much prayer, has been accepted. 

The Elders from Edward Street Gospel Chapel have assumed the responsibility for oversight in the newly formed assembly.
